Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

LodgingSupply.com ships to the Continental US as well as AK and HI.  We do not ship internationally, but can ship to freight forwarders in the US.

Claims: Report all shortages, damages or errors to us within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Damages must be signed for at time of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranties – Whenever possible, we will pass on all available manufacturer warranties.

Limitation of Liability – Our sole liability for goods sold is limited, at our election, to the repair or replacement of goods, or crediting you for the purchase price of the goods. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling, or use of any products, or from any other cause. You must submit all claims to us in writing within thirty (30) days from the date you received goods.

A standard 20% restocking fee and additional freight charges will be applied to undamaged returns on stock items that were shipped from one of our three distribution centers. Drop ship and special order items are subject to their manufacturer’s return policy and would be investigated/quoted upon request. Please call for return authorization and instructions.

Many products herein are not inventoried and are special order and thus take time to arrive from the manufacturer. Contact us to discuss what we have available in inventory for quickest shipment if an order is time sensitive. Most products must be ordered as case packs except for those featured in Vacation Rentals (Singles).

All products shown on our website are a presentation of goods.  If we are unable to complete the transaction due to unavailability, outdated pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be made aware of the situation and refunded in full, or the order can be amended with updated pricing or alternate products, depending on the customers’ preferences.
